Mr. Saleh Abdullah Al Ali

Chief Shared Services Officer

Mr. Saleh bin Abdullah Al Ali currently serves as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of Al Afdal Trading Company, in addition to his roles as Chief Executive of Shared Services and General Manager of Legal Affairs at Abdul Latif Alissa Holding Group.

He brings over 13 years of executive experience across governance, organizational transformation, shared services, legal affairs, and institutional performance enablement. He is known for a strategic leadership approach that combines clarity of vision with disciplined execution, having contributed to the design and development of integrated operating models and the strengthening of governance and compliance frameworks. His efforts have supported enhanced decision-making quality and improved organizational performance across multiple companies.

Throughout his career, he has led comprehensive transformation initiatives at the group level, including the consolidation and management of shared services across several key sectors. He has also played a key role in developing corporate policies, authority frameworks, and internal control systems, contributing to higher organizational maturity and reduced operational risks.

In addition, he possesses advanced expertise in supporting boards of directors and executive committees through the preparation of strategic reports and performance indicators. He has also led high-level negotiations in the areas of strategic partnerships, as well as commercial and financing agreements.

Mr. Al Ali holds a Master’s degree in International Law and Financial Markets from the University of East London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from King Saud University.
