Mr. Mohammad Ali Jouan is the Group Chief Internal audit (CIA) at Al Issa company since November 2020.

Mr. Mohammad has over 25 years of experience Accounting, Finance Management and internal audit. Prior to join AL-Issa Group Mr. Mohammed was working Financial Audit Director at STC solutions.

Mr. Mohammad has served in various capacity of leadership within industry such as Financial, Telecom, Contracting and manufacturing industry. Mr. Mohammad successfully implemented applicable standards such as IFRS, IAS, IIA, IPPF and SOCPA that governs businesses. Also, subject matter expert on Internal Audit Activities planning over Risk Based audits, Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICOFR), ERP, Cost Benefit analysis, Management information system and balance score cards that caters to strategic and operational objectives of the company.

Mr. Mohammad holds B.Sc. In Financial Accounting (1991) and Mr. Mohammad is Certified Management Accountant (USA)
