MR. FAISAL FHAD AL-ARFAJ

Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Abdul Latif Al-Issa Holding Group and  Al Faisaliah Group’s Chief of Human Resources and Corporate Services, a leading Saudi based investment company established in 1969 and active in various sectors such as food and beverages; consumer electronics; medical, measurement and media equipment; IT and communications; and petrochemicals.

Since he joined the group in 1998, Mr. Al-Arfaj has assumed different positions within the human resources division, where he was promoted to the position of Chief of Human resources and corporate support services in 2016.

In addition to orchestrating the different HR and Corporate support functions across Al Faisaliah Group, Mr. Al-Arfaj acts as an advisor to affiliated companies on matters related to human resources, including compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, talent managment, training & development, and performance management. Also, Mr. Faisal sets on the Human capital, Rumination and Nomination committees for the Group Sectors.

Mr. Al-Arfaj received his master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Indiana State University in 1995.
