Mr. Mohammed bin Saad bin Dawood holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He has more than 25 years of experience in banking, financial markets, investment, strategic planning, executive and financial management.
He previously held the following positions:
Member of the Investment Committee at the Real Estate Development Fund.
Member of the Investment Committee at the Ministry of Housing.
Member of the Investment Committee at Bank Aljazira.
Member of the Audit Committee of Al-Rajhi Steel Industries Company (Rajhi Steel).
Member of the Industrial Committee of Riyadh Chamber.
Member of the Board of Directors of Al-Arabi Investment Company.
Member of the Board of Directors of Falcon Industries Company.
Member of the Board of Directors of the International Beverages Company.
Member of the Board of Directors of Bank Aljazira.
Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Mediterranean and Gulf Cooperative Insurance and Reinsurance Company (Med Gulf Insurance).
Member of the Executive Committee and Chairman of the Nominations Committee of Abdullah Al-Othaim Investment Company.
